Resumo do trabalho

 

The growth of the software industry has challenged organizations to maintain strategies to retain intellectual capital. This work aims to identify and evaluate the factors
that cause Software Engineer (SE) turnover, considering personal aspects such as
gender, generation, level of experience, and personality. In addition, it aims to identify
whether there is a correlation between aspects and what strategies are more effective.
The research design of this investigation is composed of a literature review, interview, and survey. We believe this study's results can be useful for companies, researchers, and educators interested in turnover.
